Retreating for Your Health

This week I wanted to share about my Ladies Health Retreat that I’m currently on site preparing and setting up to start tomorrow. We will have a small group of ladies that are taking about 2 and ½ days to learn more holistic ways to take care of their health and augment traditional forms of medicine. We have a good friend of mine who is a raw vegan chef of many years who has traveled to retreats around the world helping to education those that seek to improve their health as well.

Our retreats are ideal for those who are seeking how to best take control and responsibility for their health and want the very best in developing a positive mindset and can-do attitude, are ready to explore a lifestyle change that includes establishing a daily movement practice along with learning how the body processes nutrients and eating for life and health, and not only just self-pleasure. We learn about proper food combining that gives ultimate digestion and improved gut health. We experience practical skills in the kitchen and through various mini projects together. This is the third health retreat in 2 years that I’m hosting and will involve homework and self-research that the participants can share with the group. We participate in morning and evening movements that often integrates the mind, body, and spirit.

Our location is at a beautiful retreat house within steps of the ocean here in Florida, it gives each participant time out of their busy schedules to reflect on their life and health. Participants walk away with a renewed outlook on what they can do to keep growing and learning, moving further into practicing for their very best health. They learn about options they can take to find the root cause of their health challenges and/or sustain practices they put in place to making their health a priority in their busy lives. They learn more about questions they may have had over the years, just as I have learned from my mentors Shari, Doug and Karen. I am forever grateful that our paths have crossed as I learn more about what I’ve always had a passion for (ultimate health). I grateful to share, help encourage and empower women to take back their health and keep it a priority in their life so they can enjoy more and give more to those they love most.

To Your Best Health!
